Shipping Information

We use Hermes UK for all our shipments, most items are collected daily or the next working day.

We offer Royal Mail services at an additional cost if you wish to use these instead of Hermes.

International Orders are fulfilled by a number of couriers which include Hermes & Royal Mail.

All Orders are sent on a tracked service.

We do not process orders over the weekend, if possible we may prepare your items to ship the following week but if some items need to be made to order this is done the following week.

Hermes deliver Monday – Saturday, some couriers may delivery on Sundays if a bank holiday clashes.

The Current UK mail network is experiencing a higher number of parcels, so Hermes may take a little bit longer than usual in extreme circumstances.

In some instances your item(s) may require custom fees and taxes. We are not responsible for the cost of such fees, and you should check with your local customs office to see whether these are applicable. All our products are exclusive of all import taxes and duties, and as the recipient you are fully responsible for such fees decided by the country in which you are located.


Choosing Next Day delivery does not necessarily mean your order will be dispatched on the next working day after ordering, we process a number of orders each day and most items are made to order so we can only prepare a number of items each day.

If you are looking to get an item quickly please contact us as we can inform you if we have your chosen item in stock and can dispatch it as soon as possible.

A number of items are made to order the following working day of ordering, once they are made they will need 48 hours to set properly, if we experience hot weather we may be delayed in creating orders as candles/wax melts need a controlled environment to set properly.

If you purchase a large quantity of items it can take an extra day or to to fully complete your order as mentioned most items are made to order.

We keep a selection of items in stock to help with fulfilment, but as this is not our main job, we may experience days where we need to make stuff to order and run out of “In stock” items.

All items should be in stock on the website and will only ever be removed if we physically run out of resources / materials that would be needed to create them.

Occasionally we are unable to update the website in time and sometimes you may order something that is out of stock, we will contact you and offer you alternatives or a timeframe for production.

We also offer gift wrapping and gift messages for orders! Please leave a note in your order and we can do this for you!



Wax Melts are more suitable for larger rooms, our Tin Candles are suited for smaller rooms due to the scent throw.

Wax Melts should be placed onto a burner and heated with an unscented tea light. Our Melts are not suitable for Scentsy Burners as soy wax needs a high temperature surface to melt on, if you are having issues melting wax, check the airflow to the tealight and for cracks in the burner dish.

Before lighting a candle always trim the wick to 5mm and remove any wick debris this encourages an even burn, steady flame and limits sooting/mushrooming of the wick.

We suggest trimming the wick every 4 hours of burn time. When wick trimming, you should always extinguish the flame and let the candle come to room temperature. Do this if the flame ever becomes too large.


From time to time you may see white spots on your melts and candles, this is called frosting and is actually a unique and natural effect of using vegetable waxes, especially soy. The wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result it begins to crystallize. It doesn’t affect the performance of the melt in any way and also means your wax is 100% natural.

As our products are handmade, every item will be unique. So therefore, all photos on our site are for illustration purposes only. Colours, Decoration and size can vary between each item. 

All product weights are estimated and sometimes variations can occur.


Most of our packaging is recyclable, the plastic clamshell containers can be recycled with your household rubbish as long as they are washed, candle tins should be washed out with the wick removed.


The names of our items are not meant to refer to any specific destination, person, resort or attraction owned by any corporation.


Coupons & discount codes cannot be used on sale items or with other promotions or gift cards sales.

Returns / Refund Policy
Gift Cards virtual or physical are non-refundable, any unused balance cannot be redeemed for cash.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt of your item, and are based on specific criteria which is outlined below. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For items purchased from our Site, we will be happy to exchange or refund goods within 14 days of receipt on the basis that the goods are;

– Returned within the 14-day timescale
– Returned in the new condition they were received in
– Returned without being lit / burned / melted
– Not damaged, marked, or showing signs of use
– Returned at your own cost, with your own postal insurance

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For purchases that are returned for personal reasons, eg not liking the smell will be returned at the cost of the buyer, with appropriate postage insurance. If you receive incorrect items or something is broken please discuss with us for your options.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will look to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
